Yawn Yawn Yawn and then Yawn some more :)

Start by Yawning

I am sure that made you chuckle and it does seem a strange thing to say but Yawning exercises enable the vocal muscles to become more relaxed.You also need to work at and concentrate on inhaling as quietly and gently as possible.Once you have inhaled deeply try to relax as thoroughly as you can.

Breathing

You need to be able to inhale and exhale as slowly as you can.Try to imagine the air entering your body and flowing into your lungs.Feel and enjoy the goodness of the oxygen.You should feel your chest growing and in essence your diaphram is lowering and your lungs are being used properly to their full capacity.
